A leading energy and telecommunications services provider offering a complete suite of utility services, from directional drilling, to asphalt paving, to ground engineering was challenged with the seasonal nature of the business having contractors on-boarded and off-boarded at the start and end of winter. Rockhop designed and built a new employee on-boarding solution using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse back-end. The solution integrated a number of 3rd party technologies including PayChex, Acurate and Adobe. From ordering business cards to a warm welcome email, the entire process was streamlined and automated.
