Role overview and responsibilities:
Business Development Executives drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business.
This person will serve Rockhop’s clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Rockhop brand.
What you'll do:
- Drive development of account strategy and sales activity in partnership with the account and practice leaders
- Work with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new projects and managed services
- Work with partners to deliver positive business outcomes to our mutual customers
- Manage negotiations of the opportunities in the pipeline
What we're looking for:
- Strong sales background, with a passion for consultative, solution based selling
- Ability to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
- Experience and ability to align teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrate strong people leadership skills
- Organization and methodology as well as strong prioritization and negotiation skills
- Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
